      Charles Oropallo is a graduate of Bishop Gibbons High School in
      Schenectady, New York. |

      In 1969 
		Charles entered and served three years on active duty in
      the United States Marine Corps. Among other things, 
		while in the Marines, he was trained in electronics,
      in telecommunications
      maintenance, and in special forces as a scout sniper in forced recon. Charles was honorably discharged from active duty in

      In November 1977, Charles authored and implemented an
      online Bulletin Board System (BBS) called Access-80. It operated on a Radio Shack TRS-80
      Model I, Level II microcomputer. Its purpose was to provide an email
      system for local computer enthusiasts. It was placed online in East Greenbush, New York.
      Shortly
      after, it was concurrently placed online in Schenectady, New York. In 1982, Charles moved
      from the Albany, New York area to Nashua, New Hampshire, and so did Access-80.
      Charles's
      Nashua Access-80 setup is shown at the left. It was not long before it was concurrently
      online in Londonderry as well as Nashua. Access-80 was online until 1987. |

      Later, Charles earned a Paralegal/Legal Assistant

      Charles then earned an Associate of Arts, summa
      cum laude, in Liberal Studies from New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire.
      He
      continued on to complete his Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Human

      Charles was accepted into and completed his graduate studies at the
      McGregor School of Antioch University, earning his Master of Arts in Psychology.
      Charles's master's thesis was titled Rehabilitating Incarcerated Criminal Offenders:

      Charles is a trained, certified Lead
      Facilitator for the Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP). He 
      remained involved with
      AVP-NH since 1993. Charles has been its website administrator since April
      1999. He was the organization's
      secretary from November 1999 until April 2001. Since November 2000 he has taken on the responsibility of 
		heading up the organization by holding the position 
		of the organization's State Coordinator.
      Charles has facilitated workshops in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Nigeria. The New Hampshire AVP has been inactive for a number of years. If you have

      Charles owns and operates
      CharlesWorks, LLC. Operating since June 15th, 1998, this company grew out of Charles's sincere desire to 
		help others. One if Charles's goals was to provide
      affordable and reliable hosting and web presence solutions for individuals
      and small companies alike. CharlesWorks designs 
		websites, builds websites 
		and specializes in SEO (Search Engine Optimization). CharlesWorks
      owns its own infrastructure, providing website hosting on its own servers. CharlesWorks currently has servers located in Peterborough. New Hampshire 
		as well as backup systems located in several locations.
      Charles has also sold
      pre-owned computer related parts & equipment, recycled & new software
      products, and used computer books & manuals. |   |

        Charles
        was also an independent representative for ACN (formerly the American Communications Network of Concord, North Carolina), one of the world's largest direct
        sellers of telecommunications products. He handled local and long
        distance telephone services, digital VOIP telephone services, digital
        video phone (videophones) services, cell phones (cellphones), wireless
        broadband (air cards or aircards), satellite TV, and security
